DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

I am absolutely appalled by lack of service. I have had such a horrible experience with RAIN. MY CONTRACT IS CANCELLED YET YOU ARE TAKING MY MONEY. THAT IS THEFT, PLEASE CREDIT WHAT YOU OWE ME AND STOP COLLECTING UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS. Who are you guys regulated by. We need to lay our grievances.
