Disgusted

I'm very disappointed in rain, they have been double charging me for months now, no refund and no1 replies at all, I'm very disgusted in this service received, they are quick to send out sim cards but when it comes to fixing things they are nowhere to be found, not even a phone number, not even an email, I'm disgusted and I will be reporting them and adding this of every social media possible

Let's hope they are, cause I'm taking this further then this, I'm a business man myself, and It's been months that they have been double deducting me. So until anyone gets in touch with me I'm taking it further. Sick and tired of this!!

You say I must give you time to contact me, I gave you a time, yet still no call, no more emails, call your people and make things right, we are loyal to yourself stop hiding behind emails, speak to your people to get resolved stop sending differnt emails from different people!!
