DISGUSTED BY RAIN ITS A ****... I WANT MY REFUND FROM JULY 2023

I ordered a router from rain in July 2023, the router was delivered but never connected as they said there was no tower closer to my place where they could connect me to.. I SINCE have cancelled the router and asked for my refund, I was told they would collect the router ofwhich they did, my refund awas approved by knenudi. I was told to wait for 14 working days as the refund was escallated to their billing department.... Since July 2023 Rain has debited my money and has never refunded me for a router that was collected a month ago. I have been calling Rain and being **** to every week, I last spoke to 1 of their supervisors who said her name is Sakshi who promised to re escallate my matter until now, there is no way forward regarding Rain paying me back... Am i being ****med or is this how you operate by ****ming people for their hard earned money? I want my R559.00 and with the thousand calls iv made to your offices, im sure iv paid more airtime... Iam DISGUSTED BY YOUR POOR PATHETIC SERVICE, no 1 i know will ever use Rain.
