Disgusted by Rain

At this point even one star is too much,I recently got the rain device and the network/connection is forever off! I cannot be on my phone,I cannot stream on my tv… always says please check internet connection,I’ve moved the device as I was told by one consultant,however no luck,logged a ticket numerous times but no one calls or responds,I am honestly disgusted by the service,.. I regret getting it,the new device is frankly fancy for nothing!!! At this point I want to cancel it and get refunded because I am paying for no service whatsoever!! Rain gets clients then after they don’t give a damn about their clients. Very ****ty service provider
