Disgusted by no service ...no human to interact with...the company doesn't exist..its a ****

I am extremely annoyed with and I havent even started using your service.yesterday I got a sim card from clicks,I went online and completed the payment successfully....next I tried to do eRica.i was advised on the site that my documents need to verified by an agent and I should expect a call today in the morning....I waited the whole day.nothing...when I looked at my request again it said they dont take ID photocopies and I should try rica again....why did I not receive proper communication via call,email to tell me I need to do it again!!!I tried to log a query on the website but it says I must enter msisdn....I dont know what that is ...and because of that I cant submit the query...I've tried looking for all kinds of ways to communicate with you but theres nothing....no Twitter, *** doesn't work,*** doesn't work,your call centre doesn't work....was I ****med of my money this is day to and I cant get ahold of you...meanwhile my money is gone and I have no wifi.. I work from home but because of this I've had to take two days of leave...I want to change my rica..so I can do it by passport but I cant on the website...help
