After robbing me if a months premium they can keep it!. Month to month means ,, me as the customer makes the payment not them and without permission. When I registered my query for the refund they could have stopped the service but the intentionally took time and asked for more info. I will soon be with another provider.

Why did you not cancel the service when I engaged you the first time. Is not that I used it. I took it out for someone. Maybe that subscription will give you a healthy balance sheet. Cheers
