Disgusted

I am very very disgusted by rain service it has been whole month trying to get my wifi sorted and yet it is not sorted.

People have advise me they will send someone out to get this fix ...I have advice to let them call me in the afternoon due to I work as well and they advise they made note. They called me early morning well I was in meeting. I am completely sick of there service and there promises that they make to say they will get this sorted then it never get sorted.

I have called to cancel it over two weeks already and they advised someone will get in touch no one did. I called again today two agent put the call down in my face.

I regret ever going with rain and I will advise no else to ever go with then due they have no respect and there service is very very disgusting.

I more upset I paid for something I am not able to use and I have repeated my self thousands times to all of them yet they can't get this sorted.

All I want is my money back.
