Disgunting Service
I Andrew Lungile Mbekwa, am not happy with this service due to the following reasons, every time I call you I get forever on hold and I tried to escalate this on WhatsApp chat and still waiting on a response due to, my phone being ****** and both my sim cards were to be blocked and re-delivered and I have been religiously waiting since the 23rd April 2025 till now, with refference number #***2.
The call center agents make an attempted call and drop on two rings, and when I call back the service is appalling, I wanted to downgrade to a Mi Fi / Pocked Router to change to a better service and still, no help availed.
I AM STILL WAITING ON MY 2 SIM CARDS AND YET YOU ARE STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.......I AM STILL WAITING ON DELIVERY!!
I am available on *** in the meantime.

It would be a nice gesture if you prioritized your customers dissatisfactions and actioned timeously, I have been without my sim cards for some time now, you acknowledged this on the 27/04/2025 and still - no sim cards were delivered, I bought a replacement phone last week already, I need my *** & *** sims active asap. I will be reachable on *** in the meanwhile. Please get this resolved asap
