DISGRUNTLED! UNHAPPY AND EXEPTIONALLY UNHAPPY!!!
1 star is the LOWEST rating I could select...honestly, if I could I would give them -10!!! After months and months of copious reference numbers, promises to escalate my query/ request for refund...agents agreeing that it is in the pipeline and that they will take PERSONAL responsibility...and still NOTHING!!! E-Mails stating that Rain has responded and again...NOTHING!!!! Where to next???

09 Jun 2026, 16:42Well I have heard that song before!!!! This has been going on for about 6 MONTHS!!!! I have yet to have anyone CONTACT ME from RAIN!!! Lets wait and see...but they will MOST CERTAINLY NOT GET ANY RECCOMENDATIONS FROM ME!!!!
