Disgruntled Paid Customer

I have never dealt with such unprofessional services from Rain and Ram, the courier was delayed from last week due to incorrect waybill address from Rain's side and when the delivery lady got to my house I asked her for a second to fetch my ID at my sisters house and she refused and told me they were in a hurry of which my sisters place is right next door. she told me its company policy and she will have to come back in a day or two, which is unacceptable. I paid for the Rain subscription on the 26th but to date I am not using the services because of their business faults. I am upset and disgruntled with this type of service
