Disgruntled customer

Good day all , i would like to bring to light the pathetic & poor service of the rain network , i had paid for my sim over a month ago , i ve sent numerous emails with a proof of payment & requesting a call back & one ever until i received 1 phonecall 4 days ago , the lady had promised me feed back to which i still have not gotten a call back. so basically i am paying for a service that i dont even have! i donot recomend this company to anybody! highly unreliable
