Disgruntled

I never signed a debit order with them. It's a month to month and I made payments myself. Until a few months ago , I saw the debit go through. The last one end Feb only went off in March. I asked the bank to return the debit order. They could not as it showed as a payment made from me. Rain made the payment on my behalf. I would not have made the payment as my arrangement to help my niece can to and end. They not responding when I'll get my money back after insisting I get a verified bank statement. The query has been going on since early March and it caused my account to go into overdraft
