Disgrunted New Client!!!! 🤧😪🤬

I am so ****ed at a RAIN consultant!!! Since I didn’t know much about how the skin works when I collected my router!!! The guy who was assisting me made me choose a a skin, so me not knowing how it goes thinking that he placed my skin in my box, I get home there’s nothing!!!! I complained numerous times with only a ticket number and promise of feedback inwhich I don’t receive!!! Please I want my skin from the collection store!!! I need this resolved ASAP!! and please address this with that consultant in Weltevredenpark in Townsquare, you can even check the store footage I never received my skin at all!!!! I was looking forward to using RAIN but this is uncalled for!!!! I want my skin delivered because it costed me alot just to collect it!!!! My ticket number is ***8!!! I need my skin my router looks naked and not trendy as advertised!!!😪🤧😭
