Disgraceful support from Rain and ********** debits

Although rain seems to provide a well priced data option BEWARE!! We signed up but moved to a new town that was not covered by Rain and asked Rain to pause or deactivate our access until coverage was available. 9 emails and 3 lengthy calls to their support desk and a number of promises to deactivate the account they continue to debit my account. Their support options or even methods to deactivate are non-existent and you have NO OPTION to even remove your card details. Your only option is to cancel your card, an inconvenient process that has costs to you for a new card. How desperate does a business have to be to risk **********ly taking money. Also they say they call you but when you answer their calls the call is cut, somehow they think this allows them to say they have called.
