Disgraceful services

I'm DISGUSTED!! My simcard was supposed to be here a week ago. Then Tuesday. Then it only got here on Thursday. When I tried to activate it, it said it's already activate on another account! So I have been paying for someone else to use MY wifi! I tried phoning them for 2 days. Tells me it activates itself 2 to 24 hours upon delivery. So now obviously not - so needs to be done manually! Still no sms or email as promised! Tried phoning them again - promised they will help me today if I didn't come right, only to find the company is closed!! All my friends and family are very happy with their service but I think I've got a different company here because their service is a disgrace!!!!!!

I want my wifi fixed NOW!
