Disgraceful service! Disgusting to say the least
Again, Rain has absolutely disgraceful service and absolutely no care clients, they are rude and quite frankly should not be called a service provider with poor connectivity service

04 Oct 2021, 13:58Yes, it is cancelled but you debited me a fortune for shocking service and when I was trying to understand debit order and asked for management to be in touch I was told, and I quote “you’re only going to get told the same thing”

06 Oct 2021, 11:02Then your ‘usage report’ is wrong! Please go onto my calls logged, I was given settings changes when I complained about the connection, and this did NOTHING! I want a refund on last premium! I will not stop fighting this, the disregard to your customers is disgraceful
