Disgraceful and Disrespectful Services. Do Not Subscribe

Dealing with the Rain team has been the most frustrating experience. I has to cancel the service because I could not be assisted and it has been 3 weeks now with no refund and barely any communication. Why must I keep spending money to get a hold of you only to get the run around! When you take money it is instant but when it comes time to pay back it takes forever and it is nigh impossible to get any form of constructive communication. I cannot stress how furious I am. If you care at all about your customers, resolve this issue. I have been patient enough
