Disconnected rain wifi

Rain WiFi is aa complete **** so there's this thing called the grace period you pay a certain amount and then they give you seven days to make a full payment now we agreed that I pay that amount of which I did and they said I'm on a grace period until the 8th of September now they decided to turn off the WiFi while I'm still on the grace period say i should pay the whole amount but we agreed that I'll pay on Monday or Tuesday how can you agree on something with the customer and you as a company can't keep the end of your deal rain do better that's not how to work with customers that's a **** period.
