Disconnected once again before my payment date !!!!! 😠

Another damn month of irritation and frustration .. FOR THE LAST TIME , PLEASE COLLECT YOUR ROUTER AND CANCEL MY SERVICE !!! I cannot be calling your useless call centre every 3rd or 4th day about an issues that keeps reoccur ring because you DONT KNOW HOW TO BILL YOUR CLIENTS !!!

My debit date is on the 25th of every month . Why must my services be suspended way before then because YOUR SYSTEM is not able to read billing date correctly ...

This has been an ongoing issues since the day I signed up with you and I feel that you are not doing enough to resolve my issue ..

STOP RECONNECTING MY SERVICE AS A GRACE PERIOD !!! TEMPORARY FIXES CREATE MORE PROBLEMS !!!

I'M SO ANNOYED BECAUSE YOUR CALL CENTRE TEAM HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND CAN NEVER ASSIST ME !!!
