Disconnected my Wi-Fi after payment done . Connect or refund my money

Rain Wi-Fi have disconnected my Wi-Fi after making my payment on the 15th of April. They disconnect my Wi-Fi yesterday and said didn't receive payment. I have send a proof of payment to them still kept my Wi-Fi disconnected. I'm keeping them too options each other the connect my Wi-Fi back or the refund back my money.

I can't pay the same amount two times a month therefore if just the kids because I've changed the date can you send it back to the 15 of May.
