Disconnected after making payment..
I made payment and immediately after making payment my Internet was disconnected.I don't understand how,I have tried to call and spoke to two consultants who have not been of any assistance honestly..They suggested I reboot my device which I did but I am still disconnected..I don't understand why I am disconnected yet I have made payment with my hard earned money???please kindly reconnect me,I need to work so I can pay you guys..my email on my profile is:***ks

02 Mar 2023, 12:12I work from home,there is a issue of loadshedding I SA so please understand that when I am not loadshedding I need to work as much as possible..so if I am disconnection after paying and I cannot work then loadshedding strikes it means I have lost my wages for the day....how then will I pay you..?
