Disconnected

Hi , I've Enjoyed the 5G internet from rain never any problems with even when I was a month or 2 behind with my payments , connection to the internet was good but now after almost a year I am now disconnected I ha e tried getting hold of them but was told to leave my details n they ll get back to me been waiting for a few days now ....
