Disaster in the making

I request for a router last week Tuesday and I was promised to recieve it between 3 to 5 days and I never did I was **** to when I called in the agents told me that my order was placed on the 26 but when I loom at the app it shows me that it was placed on the 28th when I call the courier company they tell me that they have not received my order from rain im really disappointed in the customer service it's all good when they do a sale but when you have to recieve your router that il be paying for it's a different tune it's so unfair what happened and I hope you treat your customers better going forward
