DISAPPOINTMENT IN RAIN-NO AKNOWLEDGEMENT

I took this wifi option with Rain in July and was paying R479.00 a month and due to afforability I downgraded on the 30 September 2020 (We've received your request | ***) No one called me but I received an email to say that my request was attended, I assumed at this point that from the 1st October to 31st October 2020 that it will be the 11pm to 6pm which I was using and knew that I will pay R250.00, now I look at the billing and it shows R479.00. This is unacceptable and I refuse to pay R479.00 which was not budgetted for and Ive been using the 11pm to 6pm. I want someone to call me urgently, Evertime I ask to be called no one does call me back
