Disappointing Tech Company

I’m sick and tired of reporting one and same thing. Can Rain come change the 5G router they gave me or cancel my service with them???????

This is tiring 🤞🤞🤞🤞 this can’t be a network problem all the time but I suspect something is wrong with the router because when I take out the 5G sim from it and insert it to another device it works incredibly well.
