I called on the 22 of July to report my 5G home router was not switching on, the agent said the matter will be forwarded to their tenchinicians, the following monday i called again was told another email was sent. It's been a week no communication at all.

Today I called and another agent confirmed the same thing am sick and tired of this horrible service. Exactly how long must I beg Rain to assist name on this matter am so disappointed.
