Disappointing Service from Rain

I am appalled by the lack of support that I have received from Rain.

I haven’t had internet connection since the 31st of December and my account is paid in full. I have been a diligent customer that pays timeously for multiple years and extremely disappointed in the manner which this incident is being handled.

I have called the helpline multiple times and keep getting **** to by the agents that the internet will be reconnected in the next hour and it’s 4 days later I still don’t have connection.

This is truly the last resort to voice out my frustration on this platform with the hope that this matter will be treated with the priority it deserves. The internet is a critical operational tool for the work I do.
