Disappointing Service extremely frustrated

I am currently very upset with the service being offered by Rain. I have been calling for the last 2 weeks to get my router working perfectly. It was irks for about 2-5 minutes and then no internet connection for the next 10 minutes. This has been ongoing for the last 2 weeks. I have tried rebooting each time and still no change.

On of the calls over 2 weeks ago I was told there is 5G coverage in my area and no problems. Which means my router had a problem and will be exchanged. Which was supposed to happen last week, but no one called. I called again Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and today it’s Wednesday afternoon. I still haven’t been called I just keep getting these refer numbers but no help because my router is still doing the same thing. Month end I will be expected to pay the full amount when the service I’m getting is disappointing. A *******!!

I am still waiting and will call again until this matter is resolved.
