Disappointing Service
Why am I being billed full amount If there was no usage due to power outage in my area for 3 weeks?????? Spoke to a lady who pretended she can't hear me then hung up...wasted my time and airtime. Maybe Supersonic would be ideal besides ya'll Network is bad always rebooting the router.

04 Sept 2023, 10:32So you guys have disconnected my line???? I rely on internet to put bread on the table, you disconnected my account as you decided to bill me for a month that I did not have electricity for 3 weeks and there was no usage. Saturday I received 2 calls from Amukelani *** who asked me how much I have so she can keep account active not sure if it was bribery or paymentarrangements as no1 gave me any option & Jordan called later on Saturday and assured me that he can see a gap in usage he promised me thar the line will be active. He will also escalate to billing department for a credit. Now today I have no internet stranded & might lose my job. MUST I GO BACK TO SUPERSONIC ?????????... I gave ya'll a chance wen ur router was not working for weeks and I did not request for a credit. Ya'll ended up installing an external router after weeks which we also constantly reboot. An ya'll gon suspend my account for no usage month.

Did you check usage? 1 of your colleague called me to say they did see that there was no usage, why are you telling me something that I already know? I need resolution as per your colleague Jordan. Incompetence at it's best.
