Disappointing Service

Honestly not happy with the Service I have received from Rain, I haven't received my order in and I made payments on the 29th of August, I have contacted them several times and I keep getting different consultants and managers who promise to escalate the matter and will get back to me before close of business till today nothing has been done, no communication from their side. This is very disappointing as their new client.
