Disappointing service

I have been with Rain since beginning of April with no issues until this month. The tower has been down since Thursday and they have been fixing it since then and it’s now Tuesday and still no internet. The call centre is not helpful at all and they just shrug their shoulders and tell me to try again in four hours. Terrible service!
