Disappointing service

I don't know if there is a problem with communication on their side but I was called last week to make a payment arrangement with my account only to have my account disconnected on Saturday, knowing how hard it was just to even get the call for the payment arrangement, I had to go as far as complaining on social media, really disappointing service I've ever received from Rain. I've settled my account, I guess that was the aim after all, I really hope to never have to deal with you ever again.
