Disappointing Rain customer service and their entire network!!!

I'm so disappointed with Rain network at its best. I feel like i have been conned with their uncapped sim of R479.00 that was forever hanging. I kept on phoning them forever with my airtime. They couldn't resolve my query within their TAT. Actually my query was never resolved until I cancelled with them. Rain sim was not connecting at all. When I call them they kept on saying "Our technical team is busy investigating will contact you there's nothing we can do on our side. Till today its been 3 weeks since busy investigations. Disappointing customer
