Disappointing new customer

Im very disappointed that what the lady told me from rain and some of your customers that you currently have that you get your router and use it and then only pay the next month is not true. I also saw it on your site when i requested a call back. I got rain also because of this reason cause i dont have the money now to pay upfront. Now i cant work from home cause i dont have WiFi because of this.
