Disappointing network experience

I got Rain(4G), as recommended by a friend in February of 2020. Worked perfectly fine with the odd 'no service', days of network issues. About 2 months in, my experience completely changed to the absolute opposite - more network issues than the internet actually working, hours on end of 'no service' and when it eventually does return, to extremely slow connection. This, parallel to poor customer service and assistance/help to rectify or come to the bottom of my network issues. On an overall scale, very disappointing experience for me.
