Disappointing customer service

I have been reaching out to Rain for a month , the support personnel responds with "thanks" only to my complaints. If I try calling I get no feedback. It is really affecting my work, happy to switch over to a different service provider, I just need them to at least communicate so that I know that I will not get billed going forward after cancelling.
