Disappointed with this company.

I got my SIM and paid the upfront money that is required. I have since been waiting for an SMS with a rica link to-date. there is no response from their side. Their call center is not taking any calls. I can't load any details manually. Their website is just useless. I don't think it is the right time to be buying anything from them yet.
