Disappointed with Rain poor service
Hi Rain I've logged multiple tickets for my connection that is intermittent from may and I was promised a technician would come and perhaps also replace a router.
It's now August and I haven't heard anything from your end. Could you please advise how many more months I should wait for the technician and the new router?
