Disappointed with Rain network.

We have 6 sim cards with rain network - 2x R250 package, 1x for the unlimited package for R470 I think and 1x Rain1 with two 4G sim cards - and for the past month rain network has been horrible - we get limited network and signal to no signal - I have sent numerous emails and have gotten no response - I requested for two new sim cards as one has been lost and one is damaged and still no response from rain - their service is disgusting. We paying so much money for nothing. And the consultant that was very eager to change our package didnt even contact us after the sale - and they over charged us - someone needs to rectify this.
