Disappointed with Rain

I'm completely not happy with Rain and i am a new customer, i got three of my colleagues to sign up for it as we are working and conducting our business from home, for the past 48hrs we haven't had connection on our 5G subscription, we have reset the modem multiple times with no luck and this has affected our business badly. Not to mention that now we have to spend extra on alternative internet to keep going........ I have logged a couple tickets on their support page on the website since the problem started and received no response, there is no phone number for support or customer care.
