Disappointed with Poor Service and Unresolved Refund from Rain

I have been experiencing poor service from Rain since March. Yesterday, I was expecting my refund, but instead, they claimed that I owe them money. This is unfair because they had previously taken double payments from my account and promised to credit me. I’m very disappointed with how they’ve handled this issue.
