Disappointed rain service

I have paid an upfront fee on my Rain sim card. It worked for three days and then abruptly stopped working saying there is no Sim in my device. The call center is closed so a request has to be logged on the website and an agent responds via email. I was responded to but no actual assistance was provided upon that response. It has been 4 days that I haven't been able to access this service and I am disappointed at the service provided. I do not recommend rain
