Disappointed in the 5G router promotion

My 5G router is not working it states that it's connected however has no internet connection.I can't make phone calls or send an sms with the 4G sim cards that came along with the package. I've been trying to call for the whole day without getting assistance.

I have inserted everything correctly it still states that "connected,no internet" I have taken the sim card in and out even restarted the router nothing is working

I am genuinely getting frustrated by this.I have tried everything that the call agent has also said I should do and still no results.
Send someone to come collect it
