Disappointed in Rain South Africa

It's day 9 and my Rain 4G , unlimited data, simcard still off . It's paid up to date. But somehow it shows it's been disconnected for some reason. I've been contacting them since day 3 and they gave me the excuse that the towers in our area was off ..well we took our mobile router to different areas without any success. Last night I foned them again regarding the same matter , they promised me that a technician will contact me soon ...well it's almost 24 hours later and nobody contacted me yet...this is very frustrating to me.
