Disappointed in rain

Rain really sucks few months back they misled me and did give me a 5 product when I didn't have coverages that was unacceptable so now when I do apparently have coverage I asked them if they can like give me the 5G product without me haveing to make a upfront payment I was told no like I just don't wanna get the same bad experience I got last time when I madea upfront payment then 5G wasn't available like it shows I have coverage now but rain could of at least let me test the product out with out asking me a upfront payment seeing as I've had such bad experience with this company but seems like rain doesn't want customers back
