DISAPPOINTED IN RAIN😞

Hi, I've been using Rain 19 hours off-peak unlimited for as long as I could remember.. last year May I upgraded to Rain101 and wanted to cancel my 19 hours off-peak, I canceled on the App and expected that as promised on the first of July it would be canceled, with no luck it wasn't canceled, I took means to call them about this matter and everytime I got a promise for cancelation with no luck, every month I called and everytime no cancelation, it's almost a year that I've been paying for something that I don't use. I feel like Rain is taking advantage of me, I have to pay almost 1000 every month, which is something that upset me...If anyone at Rain is seeing this, please take your customers in serious light and hande this issue, this is truly disappointing😞...
