Disappointed in Rain

I signed up for wifi on Friday over the phone. The lady called me within seconds to close the sale and even called timeously to make sure I have paid ... once the payment was completed, I heard nothing back from Rain... I have tried ample times to enquire about delivery but no one is getting back to me... I need the service to work and I will have to take my business elsewhere... I'm highly disappointed
