Disappointed in RAIN!

Such bad service!

On January 24th 2024, I app**** for WiFi. I was really excited as it was ready the next day for collections. Application/ activation fee was R1. I asked about this and was assured that was IT! I asked when I will be billed and they said only in February my 1st debit order will go off! I confirmed this upon collection! Everything was great so far! They also said I have a 7day cancelation period. WiFi was set up and everything was good.

So later that evening my WiFi was not working at all. I looked online what was going on and I saw they billed me from 25 DECEMBER 2023 - 25 JANUARY 2024???? I only app**** on the 24th of January??? I contacted them the next day and they said my debit order dis not go off!!! After I was reassured that I will ONLY START PAYING IN FEBRUARY.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN RAIN!
