Disappointed in Customer Service and Support from Rain

I have been a client with Rain since they first started and was very happy with the service I received on my uncapped data plan for my mobile phone. This year I have been working remotely from home and opted to upgrade to the Premium 5g package as I wanted a faster connectivity. I have been so disappointed I made this choice. Despite this package being faster, when there is loadshedding the router is not able to connect despite having a backup option. I have logged several support requests and keep getting messages back saying batteries have been ****** from towers which may interfere with connectivity. Over the past month, I have stopped counting how many times this has happened to me. In terms of Customer Service and Customer Support, I believe Rain don't deliver and for that reason I'm rating them low. It's sad because I have used Rain and recommended their service to friends but given the experiences of late I would be very hesitant to recommend their services.
