Disappointed, frustrated and annoyed

Wifi and internet not working four days in less then a week. Submitted tickets with no assistance. Tried calling with no luck. I work from home and now I need to depend on someone else's wifi to connect. Very disappointed with the pathetic service. My debit order goes of every month without fail. Let me miss one month and I am sure I will disconnected immediately. If only they could fix the problem as fast as they disconnect
